Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Turbo Analytics (“Turbo,” the “Service”), a product of Captive Demand (“we,” “us,” or “our”), accessible at goturbo.ai. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of the Service

Turbo Analytics is an AI-powered analytics assistant that connects to your Google Analytics 4 (GA4) properties via read-only OAuth access. The Service allows you to query your analytics data using natural language, receive AI-generated insights and charts, set up automated metric alerts, and define custom terminology through a lexicon.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Accounts and Workspaces

You must create an account to use the Service. Each account belongs to a workspace, which may have multiple members depending on your subscription tier. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@captivedemand.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Free Trial

New users receive a 14-day free trial that includes up to 50 AI queries, 3 GA4 property connections, and access to our advanced AI model. No credit card is required. When the trial expires, your account transitions to the Free tier (10 queries per month, 1 property). You may upgrade to a paid plan at any time.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

  • Plans — Paid plans (Starter, Growth, Pro) are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. Plan details, including query limits, property limits, and features, are described on our pricing page.
  • Overage charges — If you exceed your plan’s included query limit, additional queries are billed at the per-query overage rate for your tier.
  • Cancellation — You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing settings or Stripe customer portal. Your plan remains active through the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds — Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
  • Price changes — We may change pricing with 30 days’ notice. Existing subscriptions are honored through the end of their current billing period.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations.
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or access controls.
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service beyond the provided interface.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
  • Share account credentials or allow unauthorized parties to access your account.
  • Use the Service in a way that could damage, disable, or impair it for other users.

7. Google Analytics Data

The Service accesses your GA4 data through Google’s OAuth 2.0 framework using the analytics.readonly scope. We cannot and do not modify your Google Analytics account or data. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to grant us read access to any GA4 property you connect.

Our use of data received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

8. SMS Notifications

The Service offers optional SMS alert notifications. By enabling SMS and providing your phone number, you consent to receive automated text messages from Turbo Analytics at the number you provide. These messages contain alert information about your monitored metrics.

  • SMS notifications are opt-in only and disabled by default.
  • Message frequency varies based on your alert configuration (e.g. daily, weekly, or monthly).
  • Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier.
  • You may opt out at any time by disabling SMS on your alerts or replying STOP to any message we send.
  • SMS is delivered through Twilio. Your phone number is shared with Twilio solely for message delivery. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your phone number.

9. AI-Generated Content

Responses, insights, and recommendations generated by the Service are produced by AI models and are provided for informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, AI outputs may contain errors, and you should verify important findings against your GA4 data directly. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated content.

10. Intellectual Property

  • Your data — You retain all rights to your Google Analytics data, conversations, lexicon entries, and alert configurations.
  • Our service — Captive Demand retains all rights to the Turbo Analytics software, interface, branding, and underlying technology.
  • Feedback — If you provide suggestions or feedback, we may use it to improve the Service without obligation to you.

11. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Captive Demand and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

14. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
